Christopher J. Cockburn, CPA
Chris is a member/owner of Cockburn & McClintock, LLC. He graduated from Linfield College with a BS in Accounting. He is a member of the Oregon State Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon and licensed to practice as a municipal auditor in the State of Oregon.
Chris‘s experience includes two and one half years with an international accounting firm in Portland and thirty years with Cockburn & McClintock, LLC. He is an Eastern Oregon native, raised in Milton-Freewater. Chris’s audit, review, and compilation engagement experience includes financial, retail, real estate, employee benefit plan, non-profit and municipal organizations. He has a total of thirty-two years of governmental auditing experience. In addition, Chris has been the discussion leader for several local CPE courses sponsored by the OSCPA and AICPA, including topics covering governmental accounting and auditing. Chris’s tax consulting and preparation experience includes personal income tax returns, partnerships, corporate and estate and gift tax.
Chris’s current civic activities include sitting on the board of directors of the Happy Canyon Foundation. He is also a past Happy Canyon board member (President 2011) and a past director with the Pendleton Chamber of Commerce (President 2003), St. Anthony Hospital Foundation (served as board chair for four years) Pendleton Country Club, Pat Gillette Memorial Scholarship Fund, Umatilla County Historical Society, and remains involved with numerous other local civic and charitable organizations.
Kylie M. McClintock, CPA
Kylie is a member/owner of Cockburn & McClintock, LLC. She graduated from University of Phoenix with a Masters in Accounting. She is a member of the Oregon State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Oregon and licensed to practice as a municipal auditor in the State of Oregon.
Kylie’s experience includes seventeen years at Cockburn & McClintock, LLC performing individual and business tax preparation, audit, review, and compilation engagements for municipal organizations. Prior to Cockburn & McClintock, LLC, she worked at a community bank. She is an Eastern Oregon native, raised in Pendleton.
Heather Reyes
Heather has been with our firm since February of 2016. Heather is our firm’s bookkeeper and payroll specialist. Heather works with our payroll and bookkeeping clients providing a wide range of services from write up, to bank reconciliations, full service bookkeeping, and payroll preparation services. We use QuickBooks accounting software for our bookkeeping and payroll services.
Brooke Franklin
Brooke has been with our firm since January of 2022. She is our first line of interaction with our clients on the phone and in the office. Brooke provides many administrative services to the firm, bookkeeping, and payroll preparation support.
